Our Background

Yvonne Watkins – The Director & Principal Consultant

As the Director and Principal Consultant of Business Training and Development Services Limited (BTDSL), Ms. Watkins has managed change both as a consultant and practitioner for over 20 years. She has held management and training and development positions for the majority of her career and can claim a proven record of accomplishment.

Ms. Watkins is affiliated with DAH Consulting Inc. – New York, Washington D C and Trinidad & Tobago. She believes consulting is fundamentally about change: helping a person, team or organization make the transformation from one state to another, being acutely tuned into what will help make the new way of working comfortable and will cause discomfort. She derives satisfaction from seeing individuals and by extension organizations develop into holistic organisms.

Kevin K. Herbert – Associate/Consultant

Mr. Herbert's Trainer/Facilitator experience commenced in 1994, after being certified in Computers and Sound Engineering through the University of the West Indies, when he began training people to become assistant sound technicians and computer literate. After studying Operating Systems Management, he left DirecOne International Call Center in 2001 and became an International Call Center Management and Training Consultant, assisting various call centers in Trinidad, Canada, St. Kitts, Antigua, Barbados and Venezuela.

He worked with organizations such as Microsoft Corporation, Rogers@Home, NuComm International Inc (now part of Transcom WorldWide S.A.), Technion (Barbados) Inc, Prism Services Limited, Bank of Nova Scotia, Chase Manhattan Bank, among others. After he completed courses in Industrial Management at London Chamber of Commerce Institute though the Institute of Training & Development in 2008, he became a Consultant with Business Training and Development Services Limited (BTDSL).
