Breaking the Rumour & Gossip Spreading Culture at the Office

Don’t listen to rumours or gossip. Don’t pay any attention to anyone initiating or spreading it. Make a report to your manager about anyone you find initiating, spreading or condoning it. Don’t comment on any rumour or gossip you hear to anyone else, not even in confidence.
